[TYPO3-core] Poll for 4.1 maintenance release

Hi guys,

it's again more than a month ago that we released our last patch level 
version of the 4.1 branch, so according to our release workflow [1] we 
should have a vote on whether we want to release another one now.

My vote is no, because we should concentrate on 4.2 now and we only have 
6 bugfixes in the branch so far (last time we had 21).

This is the list of bugfixes in the 4.1 branch since 4.1.5:

* Fixed bug #7148: CSV Export Output in List Module
* Fixed bug #7126: IRRE - Child records are shown floated and not as
   blocks in Safari
* Fixed bug #5421: Problem ignoring extension constraints
* Fixed bug #6651: IRRE - Button for creating new records disappeared on
   nested child records if a parent record reached the maxitems value
* Fixed bug #6007: IRRE - Child records with image fields are not shown
   in m:n disposal
* Fixed bug #6996: Versioning in clickmenu was unavailable for
   non-admins due to a problem of an earlier bugfix #4160

If you agree with me that we shouldn't release a 4.1 maintenance release 
now, I'll ask again in one month's time.
