[TYPO3-core] FYI: Feature: Various enhancements to link dialogues in htmlArea RTE

Problem:
This is a substantial restructuring/enhancement to the link dialogues in 
htmlArea RTE.

Solution:
- When DAM is used, the DAM media browser is used for linking to files 
instead of the normal file browser. DAM upload may also be enabled.
- All three possible dialogues (default, TYPO3 browser, DAM browser) are 
restructured and use the new extension/plugin API.
- Accessibility icons may be configured to be inserted at the end of the 
links rather than at the start.
- For authors who have to deal with very large trees, a new field (must 
be enabled) allows to enter directly a the page Id instead of using the 
page tree. Should make extension Link by Page Id obsolete. (See

- unlink button may be added to the toolbar.
- Some bugfixes also included.
