[TYPO3-core] FYI: bugfix in sysext/cms/ext_tables.sql

Problem:
In the SQL definition of sysext cms was a syntax error. There was a 
comma at the end of the table definition which made the initial creation 
of the table impossible.

Solution:
Remove the comma

Branches:

Cause this is a no-brainer I already commited this patch.

P.S.: The patchfile in this mail was not made against the root but the 
ext_tables.sql file.
