[TYPO3-core] FYI: fixed colors in docheader/default/t3skin

Hi all,

just to let you know:

when running the backend without t3skin the new docheader looked strange 
as it contained colors from t3skin.

I now moved these style definitions to t3skin and replaced them with 
appropriate colors when t3skin is not installed.
