[TYPO3-core] RFC: 7223 - update prototype and scriptaculous to their most recent versions

This is a SVN patch request.

Type: 3rd party update

Branches: trunk

Problem:
As both, prototype and scriptaculous got maintanance releases we should 
update these 3rd party libraries.

prototype: 1.6.0 -> 1.6.0.1
scriptaculous: 1.8.0 -> 1.8.1

Solution:
updte the mentioned libraries using the attached patch
