[TYPO3-core] FYI: Feature: Various enhancements to image dialog in htmlArea RTE

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
This is a substantial restructuring/enhancement to the image dialogue in 
htmlArea RTE.

Solution:
- All three possible dialogues (default, TYPO3 browser, DAM browser) are 
restructured and use the new extension/plugin API.
- Fields of image properties window/tab may be individually removed 
through configuration.
- Drag and drop tab in integrated into the dialogue window (TYPO3 and 
DAM) so as not to break tab navigation.
- click enlarge feature is simplified (using a single custom boolean 
attribute)
- Images may be assigned a default class on insertion.
- A few bugfixes also included.
