[TYPO3-core] FYI: Bugfix #7196: Status of block element buttons not updated in toolbar in IE

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
Recent fix for bug #7138 (RTE is not rendered in tabs in FF) broke one 
of the plugins of htmlArea RTE.

Solution:
Hide browser differences.
