[TYPO3-core] FYI: Bugfix #7138: RTE is not rendered in Tabs

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
Reference to properties of objects not available in Firefox when the RTE 
is in a hidden tab.

Solution:
Check availability of the objects.
