Could you outline an updated releaseplan for 4.2?

I am once in a while being contacted by the (danish) guy who write the TYPO3 
review for cmswatch, and it is soon time for his update, so it would be good 
to have the new plan, Also if you keep other drafts of releasenotes than the 
one on the wiki, it would be good to have.
