[TYPO3-core] RFC #6958: t3lib_htmlmail.php cleanup

Hey all,

I made another version of this patch. The new one

a) takes issue #5482 (http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=5482) 
t3lib_htmlmail should have empty default values into account.

b) I also changed the tabs to spaces between

if (...)TAB{

if (...)SPACE{

Hope we're happy now. Still one +1 from a core dev missing.
