[TYPO3-core] RFC: Bug #4770: css_styled_content - rowSpace also puts space below last image row

Hey all,

ok. so here is my new version of the patch that takes Helmut's & 
Ernesto's wishes into account.

- TS put in [compatVersion = 4.2.0] conditions
- made it backwards compatible that if this special stdWrap is not set 
that the regular one is used.
