ok, I had a brief look at it - good idea! I'll try to implement it,
though I fear I won't be able to finish it before alpha3... It would
also be neccessary to extend it to use script.aculo.us, as Prototype
doesn't have an autocompleter text field.

I guess you are referring to e.g. the getLL functions? I have copied
them, that's right, but they are special for each class, so I don't see
a reason to call them from anywhere else except the class they belong
to. In fact, they are just wrappers without great logic in them...
What really surprised me is that there is nothing like getAllSubpagesOfPage

The way I implemented is too special to use it elsewhere. If it was
changed to MVC it would be a lot different, but that would require
massive changes. As I said, I doubt that I would be able to finish this
within this week.
