[TYPO3-core] RFC: Bug #7711: Element browser ignores "Hide in menu" flag

Problem:
The element browser for pages (eg. img and rte links) ignores "Hide in 
menu" flag and shows default page icon.

Solution:
Add "nav_hide" field to respective db query.

Notes:
Related to #5252 and #7693, last patch in this series.
Applies cleanly to 4-2 branch and with some fuzz to 4-1.
