[TYPO3-core] RFC: Bug #5252: Pages with "Hide in menu" checked uses normal page icon in list module

Problem:
The list module shows the normal page icon if a page is set to "Hide in 
menu".

Solution:
Add "nav_hide" to the list of db-fields for pages if cms-extension is 
loaded.

Notes:
Issue reported and fixed by Andreas Wagner and Michael Stucki.
Applies cleanly to 4-1 branch, and with an offset to 4-2.
