[TYPO3-core] RFC: #7502: Show Sitename on Login screen

I agree with you and have committed this no-brainer to TYPO3_4-2.

Showing the sitename on the login screen is also important security wise 
so you know which site you are entering your login information into 
(otherwise you could be tricked into entering your credentials into a 
fake form more easy).
