[TYPO3-core] Beta 3 scheduled for end of this week

Hi guys,

just to let you know, we've scheduled the release of Beta 3 to end of 
this week, probably Saturday or Sunday, so please get your patches in.

This is planned to be the last Beta.

Anyway, the release of Beta 3 depends on the Datetime bug to be 
resolved, so if required it will wait until that fix is in.
