if user has wrong timezone we can't know this.
But user will see the conversion after the value is recalculated.

May be this can irretate the user, so there should be a message also that 
this conversion will be done so he knows whats going on (so he won't try 
again nad again because he thinks that TYPO3 ignores his entry)
