[TYPO3-core] RFC: Bug #7511: IRRE - Issues with expand/collapse of child records

This is a SVN patch request.

Problem:
When creating a new child with IRRE, it is displayed collapsed. But 
generally new records are created to be edited and have to be expanded 
by an additional click.
Furthermore there are some more issues on new child records concerning 
the appearance properties 'expandSingle' and 'collapseAll'.

Solution:
* store expanded/collapsed state of new child records correctly to 
BE_USER->uc
* evaluate 'collapseAll' correctly
* evaluate 'expandSingle' correcty on creating new child records

Comments:
Since this issue is related to IRRE only, I'm going to commit in one 
week if nobody objects.
