[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #3537 (revisited): htmlArea RTE: Correct execCommand argument in previous patch

FYI: The attached SVN patch was further committed.

Problem:
The first patch did not work correctly because the third argument of 
execCommand must be boolean. The table handles were never disabled.

Solution:
Make it boolean.
