[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #6767: htmlArea RTE: Merge cells does not work on merged cells

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
When merging an already merged cell with another cell, the rowspan is 
incorrect.

Solution:
Rewrite the cell merging script.

Note:
Although not reported in the bugtracker, merging cells in browsers other 
than FF was erratic and is also corrected by this patch.
