[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #7232: htmlArea RTE: In IE, selecting words with CTRL+SHIFT+Left doesn't activate "link" button

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
CTRL+SHIFT+(non alphanumeric) key combinations are not captured.

Solution:
In IE, we need to capture CTRL+SHIFT+(non alphanumeric) key combinations
in order to get the toolbar updated.

Note:
Beneficial side effect of the patch is that in Firefox and Safari,
CTRL+SHIFT+alphanumeric will reach the browser hot key.
