[TYPO3-core] Reviews needed: t3editor

I this case I would prefer this one huge patch because code cleanup in 
case of t3editor means changing most parts of the code.

After that patch, bugfixes have to send as small patches of course.

@Tobias: What do you, when can you have the code cleanup ready?
