[TYPO3-core] RFC: #7402: Pagetree docheader not according to other docheaders

I heard Jens wanted the order and placement of some buttons differently. 
(Jens, is that correct?). Let's wait what he has to say. But I agree 
that all csh icons should be at the same position, like shortcuts etc.
