[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug: IRRE - Deleted records are added to array of related records

FYI: The following changes were committed to SVN:
* TYPO3_4-2 (rev. 3105)
* Trunk (rev. 3106)

Problem:
Relations to child records which are save as comma separated list on the 
parent, are not filtered out by deleted records.

Solution:
Check if record really exists and only then add it to the internal array 
of relations. This bug is a minor one, only the CSV-method was affected 
and only in using new IRRE hooks this leads to an error.
