Hm. I am looking to it for some time already and now I think we should keep 4.1 scheme but set/add another labels for 4.2. We should use "Clear frontend cache" and "Clear configuration cache". "FE" and "typo3conf/" existed for a long time but they are more jargon-like.

So if we remove 4.2-added item and make proper labels, all will be fine. And the change will be minimal.
