[TYPO3-core] RFC: Feature Request #7247: Add hook for warning messages with Help->About module and improve existing warning messages

I just found the entry in bugtracker and wanted to set a REMINDER #2 and 
wanna ask if this could be still in 4.2. It isn't a real feature, more a 
  bug, so... ;)
