This is a request for clarification

Question:
Should "Clear all caches" in the BE delete temp_CACHED... files or not ?

Description:
1) If it should delete temp_CACHED... files:
    It does not and it would be easy to fix.
    - In File t3lib\class.t3lib_tcemain.php,
    - function clear_cacheCmd()
    - remove the break-command between
      "case 'all'" and "case 'temp_CACHED'"
      in line 6964
2) If it should NOT delete temp_CACHED... files:
    The naming is misleading and should be changed.
