[TYPO3-core] Stanislas: Check problem in rtehtmlarea

This is addressed to Stanislas:

I'm getting debug errors in the BE which seem to be caused by rtehtmlarea
calling t3lib_div::getUserObj() with an empty string as parameter.

Attached is a fix, however it may be better to fix the problem already
during configuration of the plugins.
