[TYPO3-core] RFC: Feature Request #6472: IRRE - Possibility to manipulate control items for each child records

This is a SVN patch request.

Problem:
Each child records in IRRE context has a fixed set of control items, 
such like delete, create new, etc. (as known from the list view). But 
there is no possibility to manipulate these items on a per-record-basis.

Solution:
Integrate two hooks renderForeignRecordHeaderControl_preProcess and 
renderForeignRecordHeaderControl_postProcess. The preProcess defines 
which items shall be rendered. The postProcess has the possibility to 
change existing ones and offers also the feature to create new 
individual control items.

Comments:
If nobody objects and of course our release manager of TYPO3 4.2 agrees, 
I'd like to commit this easy feature for TYPO3 4.2-beta1. It contains 
only IRRE stuff.
