[TYPO3-core] make the tree collapsable

here's the final patch.

I'll also remove the following files in t3skin as they're not needed 
anymore:

* border.html (seems to never been used)
* noborder.html (replaced by the common typo3/border.html)
* stylesheeets/backedn-scaffolding.css (not needed anymore as I added 
the border for the menu div also in the classic skin)
