[TYPO3-core] make the tree collapsable

this is a SVN patch request.

Problem:
sometimes it might be usefull to have a little more room to edit 
records. Therefore it is usefull to be able to collapse the tree.

Solution:
the attached patch modifies t3skin's noborder.html so that it adds a 
small icon to indicate that one can toggle the tree. clicking on it just 
does that.

The icons need t go into  typo3/sysext/t3skin/icons/

Tested and works in all browsers. Only IE6 has issues expanding the div 
to its full height, nevertheless it works when clicking the visible area.
