Hi Dmitry,

please try the attached patch.

prototype's dom:loaded event actually already is a generalized event to 
work cross browser. See around line 4000 how they define and fire it - 
it's pretty much the same you want to do - which makes it quite strange 
that the initial resize doesn't work.

maybe waiting for the window.onload event in any case helps... at least 
here I couldn't get the unresized state again.
