Ok, I fixed this one in css but there is another bug in Safari: backend opens in 2/3 of height. Looks like js/resizemanager.js gets wrong value on this line:

		var topHeight       = $('typo3-top-container').getHeight();

It always gets 171 on first load while it should get 25.
