[TYPO3-core] RFC: Feature Request #6087: IRRE - Localization of child records

Hi,

I've updated the patch to work again with lates Trunk version.
Furthermore I introduced the 'behaviour' property for the IRRE stuff and 
updated the "documentation changes".
