[TYPO3-core] RFC: #7337: stdWrap for menu > range & entrylevel

Hello Georg, Ingmar, and the core devs

I think, Georg is right. The docs do not need to be updated for range 
especially and it would be difficult as long as we have these ugly 
tables where we have no markup at all in the colums for subproperties of 
something like special = rootline and then range.

Can someone pleeease commit this?
