[TYPO3-core] RFC: #7347: Pagetree is not responding correctly when logged out.

Hey guys,

this is a SVN patch request.

Branches: trunk only

Type: bugfix / no-brainer

Problem:
When logged out from another screen and collapsing / expanding the AJAX 
pagetree there is an error and it's not formatted correctly, because the 
AJAX responders are not loaded in that frame.

Solution:
Add the JS file "common.js" to the navframe as well.
