I can confirm this. With the German translation, "Geöffnete Dokumente"
(= Open Docs) and "Benutzer Administrator" (= User Admin; the German
needs a hyphen, btw.) are both screwed up.

As far as I figured out, it would be enough to alter one line in
modulemenu.css. See attached patch for more details. It also fixes the
problem that the text of the second line starts at the very left, below
the icon.
