[TYPO3-core] #10004: Extend UpdateWizard for install systemextensions

FYI: The attached changes were committed as follow-up to SVN Trunk (rev.
4620):
* Changed new class member $newSystemExtensions to be protected
* Added validation of user submitted extension keys against
$newSystemExtensions

Besides that: +1 on reading and testing of Steffen's changes. Thanks! :)
