[TYPO3-core] Ready for TYPO3 4.2.4?

Hi Michael,

it would be great if the RTE / IRRE bug would be fixed first. It brings 
up this nasty error message:

"SYSTEM ERROR: One or more Rich Text Editors on the page could not be 
contacted. This IS an error, although it should not be regular..."

It was introduced with 4.2.3... there is a thread about it in the RTE 
mailing list started by Susanne [1].

Stanislas already provided a patch. But it did not work out when I 
tested it... maybe others could test it as well!?
