[TYPO3-core] New Core Team Member!

Hi folks,

I'm happy to announce François Suter as our latest team member!

François has worked hand in hand with the core team during the whole
year already, mainly to organize the first set of sponsored TYPO3
projects (http://typo3.org/development/sponsoring/).

However, he's also very active as a patch submitter, working on a high
quality level. By joining the core team, François will be able to commit
those patches by himself now.
