Attached a new version of this bugfix:
* removed "button" since it's not used (anymore?) and no handling
available in t3lib_TCEforms
* changed parts like ",;;;;6-6-6" to be added at the following field/item
* fixed some minor whitespace issues

If you'd like to test this patch, you have to apply the patch of RFC
#9897 first!
