4.3 trunk. With rev 4562 everything is OK, with 4563 it's broken.

PHP Version 5.2.6-2ubuntu4 with Suhosin Patch 0.9.6.2 on Ubuntu 8.10 amd64 (see attached phpinfo()).

I don't see anything about compression there. It's just the same suhosin warning message that an overflow was detected.
