[TYPO3-core] RFC #9964: Missing file icon PPT

Problem:

Powerpoint (ppt) files in tt_news or filelinks show only the default 
icon because there is no ppt.gif in

	typo3\sysext\cms\tslib\media\fileicons    	(Frontend)
	typo3\gfx\fileicons				(Backend)

Solution:

Add the ppt.gif in
	
	typo3\sysext\cms\tslib\media\fileicons
	typo3\gfx\fileicons

and add ext to $FILEICONS in tables.php (see patch)
