get in contact with Jens, IIRR he had some design for that screen ready. 
Otherwise this is of course also not part of your initial issue 
description, thus it should be a dedicated RFC if you want to change the 
look of the wizard. Please keep things separated, it will also speed 
things up - your initial patch could maybe already in the core if you 
hadn't mixed in the GUI changes ...
