[TYPO3-core] RFC: #7265: Submodules of Web module can't work with mod.php and the _DISPATCH system

Hi,

after some more testing there are 2 other places where the same fix has 
to be.
Finally the change in template.php is needed. It generates the <body 
id=... which will be without the fix always the same (typo3-mod-php), 
but usally the id uses the name of the extension to be unique for each 
module.
