[TYPO3-core] RFC: #9890: sectionIndex in Menu doesn't work

Hi,

this is a SVN patch request

Type: Bugfix

Problem:
due to the change of #7839 the sectionIndex is lost. It was done in 
tstemplate->linkData() before, now it's done with typolink.

Adding section to conf of typolink fix the problem.

How to test:

Insert menu of type 7 (Menu of subpages to these pages + sections)
you will miss the anchors in section links (#c123)

Apply patch and you should see the anchors.
