[TYPO3-core] RFC: #9263: Default icon for plugins in list_type select

Hi,

This is an SVN patch request.

After last patch for enable icons in list_type select now it is fine to 
use default icon of extension, if no icon is used by 
t3lib_extMgm::addPlugin.

Attached patch does it, see also the screenshot
