[TYPO3-core] RFC: 8677: [felogin] redirect after logout does not work

Hi,

This is an SVN patch request.

Problem:
Using logout with redirect method for logout from access restricted 
pages doesn't work, because the redirect is postprocessed and after 
logout page is not available for the user.

Solution:
I changed redirect for logout and use ACTION_URI for the logout form. 
Now it works for all cases.
