Please commit
#8505: String "Important Notice" in About Module is hardcoded
before(!) you commit this one here, because the same files will be 
changed...

I will provide a new version of this issue (#9193) after the other one is 
done.

Then also with the correct(!) label which will have to be added to 
locallang_core.xml as toolbarItems.shortcut (without the s at the end, 
because here we mean just one shortcut)...
