[TYPO3-core] RFC: #9204: Allow icons in select of tt_content CE plugin (list_type)

Hi,

well, i fixed the visual. Now if icons are set for select, i added a 
class and padding-left, so the look is unique.

This also affects the CType-select as you can see in the screenshots.

Attached is the new patch.
